Items marked as “In Stock” are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening or weekends will be shipped on the next working day.

We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta (Ukrainian National Postal Service), with tracking and insurance included for all parcels.

• Asia: 15–25 business days
• Africa: 25–35 business days

Shipping Cost

International delivery starts from €7.00, depending on the weight and destination of the order.

We accept payments via PayPal, allowing you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, bank account, credit/debit card, or PayPal Credit.

PayPal Buyer Protection covers eligible purchases. If your order doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the description, you may be refunded the full amount, including original shipping. In some cases, you may need to return the item to the seller or PayPal.

To be eligible for a refund, open a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center within 180 days of payment and escalate it to a claim within 20 days, following PayPal’s user agreement.

1. Returns are accepted only for items that were not custom-ordered and were not paid with a deposit.
2. When receiving your order at the post office or from the delivery service, you must inspect the item for damage, completeness, and conformity. If no inspection is carried out at the time of receipt, claims regarding damage or defects will not be accepted.
3. Returned items must retain their original condition: undamaged packaging, intact labels, and security seals.
4. Returns and exchanges are only possible if the item has not been installed or used.
5. Non-returnable items include complex electrical and electronic components such as control boards and power modules.
